Rules & Waiver
Steamer's Crew Power Haus Facility Rules
General Facility Rules
- All participants must have a signed waiver on file before using the facility.
- Respect staff, coaches, referees, and other guests at all times.
- No outside cleats; only indoor cleats, turf shoes, or sneakers are allowed on the turf.
- Food and beverages are not permitted on the turf or in batting cages (water only).
- Alcohol, tobacco, and vaping are strictly prohibited on premises.
- No fighting, roughhousing, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian when not participating.
Turf & Field Rules
- Do not move or remove goals or equipment without staff approval.
- Field rental times include setup and cleanup. Exceeding your time may result in extra charges.
- Only players and coaches are permitted on the field during rentals.
- No gum, seeds, or glass containers allowed on the turf.
Batting Cage Rules
- Helmets must be worn at all times inside the cages.
- Only one batter in a cage at a time.
- Pitching machines may only be operated by staff or authorized users.
- Bring your own bats, helmets, and balls unless otherwise arranged.
Party & Event Rules
- Party rentals include use of designated turf and party room only.
- Setup and cleanup must be completed within the reserved time slot.
- Decorations must be approved by staff; no confetti, glitter, or open flames.
- An adult must be present to supervise children during the event.
Safety & Conduct
- Report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately to staff.
- Follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
- Steamer's Crew Power Haus reserves the right to remove any participant or guest for violation of these rules without refund.
