Welcome to Steamer's Crew Power Haus (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By accessing or using our website www.steamerscrew-powerhaus.com (“Site”), booking services, or participating in activities at our facility, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Provided

Steamer's Crew Power Haus provides access to indoor sports facilities, training spaces, leagues, programs, parties/events, and related services. All reservations and payments are processed through Upper Hand and associated booking systems.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register or book services.
  • Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Reservations & Payments

  • All rentals and registrations must be completed online in advance.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • By booking, you agree to abide by all posted facility rules and policies.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive account credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • Special programs, leagues, and events may have separate cancellation policies.

6. Conduct & Safety

  • All Users agree to follow staff instructions, facility rules, and posted safety guidelines.
  • Proper footwear is required (indoor cleats, turf shoes, or sneakers)
  • Steamer's Crew Power Haus reserves the right to remove any participant or guest for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

7. Waivers & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation requires a completed waiver form.
  • Users acknowledge that sports and recreational activities carry inherent risks of injury.
  • By participating, Users voluntarily assume all risks and release Steamer's Crew Power Haus from liability except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, media) is the property of Steamers Crew Power Haus and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Site may contain links or embeds from third-party providers such as Upper Hand (bookings) and HubSpot (forms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steamer's Crew Power Haus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facilities or services.

11. Modifications to Services & Terms

We may update services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
