What Is Included With a Party Room Rental in Columbia?
A party room rental at Steamer's Crew Power Haus includes a private space with tables and chairs, turf access, and staff support for setup, for a flat rate of $300.00 for a two hour block. Families and teams throughout Columbia and Monroe County use the room for birthdays, youth league banquets, and private gatherings without having to bring in their own furniture or coordinate outside vendors.
Because the room sits alongside our turf fields and batting cages, guests are not confined to a single table setup for the entire event. Kids can burn off energy on the turf between cake and presents, and coaches wrapping up a season can walk a team straight from practice into the banquet space.
Why Columbia Families Choose an Indoor Party Space
Columbia sits along the Mississippi River in Monroe County, with a small portion reaching into St. Clair County, and the weather here does not always cooperate with an outdoor birthday plan. Between the humid Metro East summers and the ice and wind that roll off the river in winter, an indoor, climate-controlled party room takes the guesswork out of scheduling a celebration months in advance.
We also see a lot of bookings tied to youth sports. Families connected to Columbia Community Unit School District 4 and the area's baseball, softball, and travel league programs often book the room for end of season banquets, since it sits right next to the same batting cages and turf their kids already train on.
Who Books Our Party Rooms
- Birthday parties for kids and teens who want turf time built into the celebration
- Youth league and travel team banquets at the close of a season
- Family gatherings and reunions for households across Columbia and Waterloo
- Company or small group celebrations for area businesses near the Interstate 255 corridor
