Facility Booking Policy

Please review the guidelines below before booking — they help keep every rental running smoothly and fairly for all our players and families.

Reservations & Payment

  • All rentals must be booked online in advance through Upper Hand.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the rental will receive account credit only.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Check-In & Facility Use

  • Please check in with staff at the front desk upon arrival.
  • Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Exceeding your time may result in additional fees.
  • Only participants and coaches are allowed on the turf/cage area during the rental.

Waivers & Safety

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to using the facility. Fill out the waiver here!
  • Proper footwear (indoor cleats, turf shoes, or sneakers) is required.
  • Food and drink are not permitted on turf or cage surfaces (water only).

Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all participants and guests.
  • Steamer's Crew Power Haus reserves the right to remove any group or individual for misconduct, without refund.

1. How do I book a field or cage?
All reservations are made online through our booking system; just select your rental type, date, and time to confirm.
2. Do I need to pay when I book?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3. What if I need to cancel my rental?

4. Can I host a party or event at Power Haus?

6. What equipment should I bring?
Players should bring their own gear. Proper indoor footwear (turf shoes or sneakers) is required. No outdoor cleats allowed.
7. Are waivers required?
